"Legal Literacy" Seminar

The Catholic Women's League in collaboration with the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development and the National Council of Women's Organisations (NCWO) will be organizing a seminar entitled "Legal Literacy" on Saturday, 12th May 2012 at the YWCA Vocational Training Opportunity Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

The seminar will focus on the following topics:
Status and Role of Women
Role of the Police in protecting the family
Domestic Violence
Sexual Harrassment in the workplace
Awareness on Human Trafficking 
Know your Rights and Related Laws
Empowering through Capacity Building
